I already have done: worming and fleas, spaying and castration, lumps and bumps, puppy pack, junior pack and senior pack ( both cat and dog) and rabbit packs.

I don't want to go into too much depth but I also don't want to make client feel like they are stupid.

I want to put in with them the practice policy for things like blood testing etc

Re: Leaflets for clients

Hi

I have recently done the following leaflets:

CKD in cats
CKD in dogs
hyperthyroid
hypothyroid
pancreatitis
IBD
diabetes in dogs
diabetes in cats
megaoesohagus
cushings
addisons

So i could give you some ideas if you want

However you can add practice opinion/recommendations to them which is good, especially if the pre-written information sheets contain info you/the practice don't necessarily advocate.

FAB information sheets are good so I would tend to use them for cats, and the Rabbit Welfare Association have some useful stuff for bunnies. The one for breeding/whelping sounds useful, you could tie it in with a notice board and some pictures as for the most part will get people thinking (hopefully!)
