Definately phone the company and get them to send you a catalogue/ A4 folder with all details in...... makes you realise why Dunlops don't know all the codes, when you see how many different lengths/needles/thicknesses/colours/types etc etc etc, there are in it!

If you ring the company they will send you a catalogue so you can refer to that in the future. Thats what we use when we don't have the code. Stupid though - after so many years you wold think they woud make it easier to order!?

we have exactly the same problem with NVS, so unless we had a packet we couldn't order.

4.0 vicryl with round needle 75cm long (they also come in other lengths though but we don't use those) W9820

4.0 vicryl with cutting needle 75cm long W9443 (but they also do different types of cutting needles so you need to know what the vet prefers to use)

just had a few packs of 6.0 for enucleation, but haven't got code with me, so I can look tomorrow.
