&lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;Air hose.&lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;Hohmann retractors.&lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;Lagenbeck retractors.&lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;Disarticulator (Hat spoon).&lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;Bone rasp.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;Suction tubing and tip.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;Kidney dish.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;Sterile syringe.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If no Air saw available then an Osteotome and hammer are preferable to gigli wire.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;It is advised in literature that
the use of an osteotome or oscillating saw should be used in preference to bone
cutting forceps or Gigli wire. The latter are more likely to cut through the
bone at the narrowest point and thus requiring more resection using rongeures. (Butterwork &amp;amp;
Denny 2000). &lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
