I also made custard from scratch, but put a bit too much sugar in... overall, not a complete disaster but could have gone better! My oven is a bit of a nightmare and likes to change temps halfway through. So the bottom of ours wasn&#39;t cooked!! When i tried to dump it out it fell to pieces, but the cooked bits tasted blooooody lovely!! yummers.
