Agencies are good for finding work when there is plenty about but they dont do it for free (they have to make a living too). Once you have found a few practices to work for&amp;nbsp; you can find that nurses speak to nurses in other practices and you get to find out about work that way.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Is good for seeing how different practices work and as you say finding out which practices you would like to work for before committing yourself. I would suss out how much work is around tho before giving up a secure position.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
