http://www.acas.org.uk/index.aspx?articleid=1374 this is the legal holiday entitlement, so for all people who dont get 28 days leave (5 day week worker), which can include bank holidays I may add, then they are being done out of their entitlement by law.

20 days we share the bank holidays and get a day in lieu for them. Usually 2 banks holidays each.
