There must be some really good stories out there.
and have had a client who used a condom over a dressing on his dogs foot to keep it dry (was a good idea in some ways - at least he made the effort)- took me a while to work out why the dog had this little rubber ring around the top of its leg and the dressing was absolutely sodden. Owner was insistent he had covered the dressing after being told off for the third time in a week for letting the dressing get wet - so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought he had used an elastic band to hold on plastic bag which had fallen off. then he told me about the waterproof covering he used..... receptionist had heard the whole conversation through the paperthin walls and was unable to answer the phone for some time until she had composed herself

We also had a client who's dog didnt need vaccines as he gave it a cup of tea each morning which apparently has the same effect!!

Re: Dumb things people do

Haha Sal, that reminds me. Was at work, opened the fridge to get out the milk...and found a pack of sensitivity in there...is supposed to be in the cupboard NEXT to the fridge (not me that did that one!)! And i regularly open the fridge to get a litter tray out...which is also kept in the cupboard next to the fridge!!! I end up just standing looking the in fridge, trying to remember why i opened it...lost the plot, or never born with it in the first place!!!

Re: Dumb things people do

well my dumb thing for today was not being able to find the sugar hunted high and low and where was it but in the fridge - so obvious really dont know why I had a problem with that. and the milk? nestling beside the coffee jar in the cupboard

Re: Dumb things people do

Oh dear, some people. Clients are there to entertain us!!!

Re: Dumb things people do

[quote user="Cat Woman"]
