They were very colourful caterpillars too! Jack is somewhat confused by his house being invaded by a stuffed dog almost as big as him haha! He tried to eat it, i told him no so he licked it instead! Then sat on the sofa in a sulk, jealous that i have another dog taking my attention!

Thanks so much Vicky & Fiona but managed to make my boyfriend go to Ikea in Gateshead today and post it up to me special delivery so should get him tomorrow!!

The Ikea dog is the one used at North Highland College, unfortunately they don't do home delivery and my nearest Ikea is 60 miles away!

I got my yellow lab stuffed dog off ebay but he was from ikea!!! called him trauma!! very good size, easily put into any radiograph position and stays there, limbs long enough to tie/sandbag but not rigid so still good for bandaging practice as is his head as good size for ear bandage practice - very glad I got him as helped alot before my practical - I even practiced the inj practicals on him - I passed my pracs so must have been ok!! I think ikea still do them if not search ebay for ikea dog and it should come up. I paid about £12 for him. Good luck and have fun.

I've looked the at the vet direct ones, but i don't want an all singing all dancing one, just a cuddly toy that is a decent size with long enough limbs to xray!

Yeah my lecturer is an examiner too, but they don't do them in Wilkinsons anymore! My lecturer even emailed the company in Germany where they are made and they don't make them anymore

I'm pretty sure JAK/Vet Direct do them...

but they'll be *really* expensive!
