I suppose it would depend on the type of antibiotic. Sulfur based ones might change the chemistry of it. Some might effect the crystal formation or colour(which would give false or incorrect results on a dipstick). Some might mask important bacteria cultures for a short period, some may kill them off completely. Really depends I guess :)

Certain abs can have an effect on the crystals formed in urine. Do you mean will abs effect the normal dip tests?
