very comprehensive on the job training if i get it - only snag is it is voluntary until a def position comes up - but good all the same

Ok, so who wants to loose weight after all of the christmas food???

I got some new jeans a few weeks ago...they don't fit so well anymore I look fat and horrible in them So going to try hard to loose weight again. I got on my wii fit today and did an hours work out on it. Hopefully helped to burn fat, was horrible and sweaty after! Jack won't got out for a walk before work if it's too early, so i've decided to do a wii fit work out every morning instead! Then an hours walk with him in the eve. Special K/porridge for breakfast with skimmed milk. Fresh soup for lunch and something healthy for tea...and no snacks. Fingers crossed after all that i'll loose some!

Shall i start up a 2010 fat club?

Work definately makes me want to eat! Especially night duties.... I have the urge to treat myself to a big naughty brekkie to compensate for being at work all night!

Ive been doing really well, lost 10 pounds in 6 weeks on slimming world but fear I may have ruined it all this weekend

Been working this weekend which always makes me want to eat rubbish but had 2 reps in on friday so there was a pile of donuts/ brownies/ cripsy cakes in the practice, which I ate quite a lot of

Made a big pan of soup last night so can hopefully get back on track before wednesdays weigh in.

I always put weight on when I want to lose! Trying to fit into my size 12s again! I was 11stone 10lb now am 12 stone 3lb

I weighed in today at exactly one stone less than when I started :) and that was after a Kuti's this week where I got so full I could only waddle back to the car!

I'd like to join fat club!

I've just started on a programme called milife that I was suggested by my practice nurse when I went for a tetanus jab. I only went in for that and anti b's as had a cat bite, and got the lecture of being about to have a heart attack cos I'm so fat

So, this thing milife, I get as part of a trial through the NHS as I'm hypothyroid. Today I recieved my clever scales, my wristband, and my computer software. The wristband monitors my activity levels and I can wear it 24/7. The scales and the wristband blu tooth to my PC, and each week I email the practice with my charts showing my activity levels and the weight I've lost.

In this past week I've been really really good and lost 6 pounds! WOO!

have gone up one dress size eek but am to stuborn to admit to am living in one pair of jeans in the hope of fitting into old ones soon!! I say as I just ate a packet of crisps! Am useless!!

Ive been rubbish since may! Managed to stay the same weight but been really fed up. Went to the weight clinic and burst into tears when she asked why I was there!! Had been really fed up about my weight and I think I was just letting it all out. Think the nurse thought I was a right loony
Anyway I lost a bit of weight but dont think it was structured enough for me, she would only see me every 4 weeks.
Am currently on my second week of slimming world and its going ok so far. Lost 4 pounds in my first week, weighing in again tomorrow. Was a bit naughty at the weekend so hopefully have managed to cut back this week. Really feeling much healthier for cutting out the rubbish and eating better and for the first time in ages I havent caught the cold thats going round work.

Same!! Looking at picture from a year ago. I look so much fatter than now!! Going to put a nice skinny one on the fridge to remind me why am not eating crap!! I want to be skinnyy again!!

i like too much which added to sitting on my bum in an office all day...... doesnt really help. i have gone up nearly 2 sizes since going to the crappy office i miss being a skinny mini..... the sooner i get back into nursing the better!!!!

mmm lost 4lbs in 2 days mainly due to not eating as I have a wisdom tooth root abcess...
