&lt;p&gt;I sat my pracs in june and was so nervous so i took rescue rem, yes it worked but i think it was more in the head ( if u know what i mean). I failed that time&amp;nbsp; as i missed alot of key points, i&amp;nbsp;re-took in sept and passed but didnt take rescue rem. My advice to u is have breakfast (i know u prob feel sick but try). just remember all ur key points, take ur time. Practice ur calculations! My advice if you are going down this route is start using it now -&amp;nbsp; from your post you are already edgy .To take it just on the day is a bit like waiting for a toothache to get really really bad before doing something about it if that makes sense.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;just a little tip - some people find the rescue remedy cream rubbed onto the pulse points inside the wrists more effective than taking the drops&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There are other routes you could try which may be more effective - simple breathing exercises can help a lot, acupressure, NLP, hypnosis, herbal, book yourself in for a massage that will lower your stress very quickly&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
