&lt;p&gt;Luckily this one had a happy ending, owners lived locally and were calling round to report the cat as missing so all re-united now. Gave them the contact details to change their chip though!&lt;/p&gt;

Click the link and then select animal search and you can type it the chip no. It apprears the be the Petlog equivalent for the middle east although whether the owner has updated their details i9f they have moved over here is another matter! Good luck.&lt;/p&gt;
