I am pretty open minded, but I would agree! Flashing ones self on facebook is pretty low! Does the girl in question know the picture is there?

It's a photo from an 18th party so not sure whether this girl is 18 or not, they defo know that the girl is flashing cos they have tagged it!!!!!

depends on their age l would say something to the parents if they were under 18 If over would send a message and say something to the girl.

if it were me who found it.. and the pic was of a child, I'd tell the person who's photo it was to remove it to be on the safe side.. there are so many peados out there.. not saying one of his/hers friends is.. but ANYONE can copy someones picture by clicking on the right button of the mouse and pressing 'save picture as' .. thats how so many pictures get around the web...

Not saying you should be direct with the person who posted it.. maybe he/she isn't aware of the girl flashing.. just be suttle and say might be a good idea to remove it or at least photoshop it out? I wouldn't ignore it anyway.. esp as it's a child photo!

If it's an adult flashing, then more fool them!
