Sorry to but in but while we discussing scottish recipes, has anyone got one for stovies? My mom used to make them and they were gorgeous - perfect winter warmer food, but was too young at the time to ask about recipes.

I think Nick deserves a "cloot round the heid" for his cheek tonight!! You have to have money in it but you can wrap it bits of grease proof paper if you prefer.
