Yet another question from a client via me!
I received a phone call this morning from a longstanding client of yours. He has a 10yr old FN boxer who suffers from urinary incontinence. He has just had his renewal quote from his insurance

Re: Insuring older animals.....

Just realised (thanks to Princess Ophelia Hermione MacBeth) that my post about the PM might have sounded like I had something bad to say about the Village Vet insurance... I didn't I just work for them so didn't want to sound like I was trying to push their polices!

I changed companies for one of my cats and they were very thorough about looking into what I had claimed for previously (luckily he was young and had only had one previous injury so it did not really matter).

How strange that he should think it was your practice's fault! Good luck!

Re: Insuring older animals.....

I insure my cat with AXA as she is old. He will be excluded on the incontinence if he swops. Sounds like he was with a company that premium load - I always advise clients to check for this before taking a policy out.

Re: Insuring older animals.....

Thanks you guys!
