used to have a permanent cold when I lived in the flat - persistent snotty nose. Used to take mutivit + zinc

since moving out of town not had a single cold and havnt taken anything!

I always get ill in winter!! Don't matter what I take! or do! I live on ornages and orange juice for the vit c!

Absolutely! Contains fruit too which is good for you, would recommend this cold-prevention method!

Me too! Helps keep the bugs at bay, only do it from Nov to March though, or if I get a cold at another time

I'm the same as ST, don't take anything but don't often get colds. A few have been going round work but *touch wood* i've not had any of them yet...damn i've said it now!!

No, I just eat my winter diet, and I dont get much colds.......famous last words though al prob get one now
