Go into General Forum (the forum with off duty etc in) go to Site Support and paste the message there for arlo he can get techies to check if he isnt sure

Timed Out means you took to long to tell it to upload.
Choose the photo, make a note of where it is on the computer then go straight to it. You should then be ok but the more time you take pffafing the computers throw a temper tantrum and refuse to play.

I can't upload a pic :( I'm not sure if it's me, my comp, or the site that is the prob! I made it square but when i tried it said "timed out" or something like that. Help please!

Yeh, you need to crop it into a squard first before uploading it.

If your having problems, you could always email the picture to Arlo, and he can edit it for you?

Yeh i had a prob a while ago with mine, so Caro did it and i just copied it from there once i had sorted it out.

But if its cropped to a square in the 1st place, we should hopefully not have any problems!

Do what l did last time upload to photo gallery they download from there thats what l did with Jennys Simba. When she had collected it l deleted it from the gallery.

Arlo l will try and double check them (all new ones) for you l can grab and resize if need be then upload when done so what size do you want them?

If l am working away then it would take longer but can do it when l am at home so this week is out but back home for the weekend.
