hahaha yes ok, I could have popped in to a shop but that means parking up and fighting through the shopping crowds and me getting people rage ... and yes I'm lazy lol and Coatex seemed like a good option hahah

Lol Kerry that's amused me! I'm a bit of a sad muppet and stock up on things like shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste when they're on offer so i've never run out and prob never will! I've got that trait from my mum...the two of us going shopping together is fatal, the cupboards end up very full and purses very empty!

Ok, talking about dog shampoo...i use Neutral on Jack cos that's what we have at work. Don't like the smell of it much though. Which ones do people recommend? I try to avoid shampooing him too often cos it makes him a bit dandruffy. Tend to do him with water most days to get mud off and then a shampoo once a month or so to get him nice and clean!

Haha!

In the past, when desperate, I have washed my hair with washing up liquid, soap (in bars!) and yes, dog shampoo!

Would do the same again in a squeeze - rather that than greasy locks!

I always bathe the dogs in fairy liquid and they look and smell beautiful afterwards.

many moons ago when I was only a 'slip of a lass', my mum would have washed my hair with washing up liquid if we ever ran out of shampoo - gave my hair a brilliant shine though!

Dry shampoo is amazing if you don't have time to wash your hair! The Lee Stafford one is great and I use his heat protection spray too! Smells lovely!

I love the smell of Oatmeal Coatex! I often think about using it for myself as it smells so nice There is a horse shampoo out called Mane N Tail which smells of almonds and can be used on human hair (apparently...)

I do that quite often. I colour my hair and now that its really long the ends dry out very quickly if I wash it every day so I try to do it every other day. I find the roots look really greasy though after a day when the 'obvious roots' start showing a bit so I use talc to remove any root grease
