So I thought I would create a virtual naughty step, for all us unruly lot who get ants in

Re: The naughty step

It was a pleasure watching you threaten that idiot over the vet test.
Dont know if Caro will remember the naughty corners I brought in at one place we both worked. I was working with 2 locum vets (usually we only had a single vet but somebody double booked) and a locum nurse ie I was the only member of regular staff left.

Everybody throwing a strop because both vets wanted to be in theatre and nobody wanted to consult - was getting rather heated and hysterical and I could hear it all going on whilst I was trying to do a nurse consult.

Finished my consult - went out and said 'there are enough corners in this bloody building for you to have a naughty corner each! behave like 4 year olds and thats how I will treat you!'

it all went quiet - didnt even have to raise my voice but they all got the message. Is the only time I have had such a good result (except when I threatened to wring a vets neck for messing about with my vetest)

and then I spoilt it all by buying them some of those sweet pink shrimps, haribo mix and chocolate buttons - they were like hyperactive kids!

Re: The naughty step

I think we are all just a bunch of passionate people hence why there is quite a lot of bickering!
