Their 5 year old lab suffocated after getting its head stuck in a large crisps packet. 
 They were out at a nature reserve having a lovely walk some 30mins from the practice. &lt;p&gt;I agree. I even keep a box in my car for all sorts of rubbish and when im out everything lands up in there until it overflows and i get a new box lol.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Thank you for your kind comments. I didn&amp;#39;t know what to say to the owner.&amp;nbsp; We made the right sort of comforting noises but were all rather shocked.&amp;nbsp; Just shows how quickly accidents can happen.&lt;/p&gt;
