Was told last night that you do not wash dreds uggs working as we do and not washing your hair is gross The excuse natural oils do the work doesnt cut it with me plain lazyness is a better comment on it.

I have just instigate a re-interation of our works dress code as it seemed to be getting a bit slack. I am very proud of the work I do and dress professionaly to give a professional image and in-turn gain respect from clients. Some staff were very 'relaxed' about their appearance and rightly or wrongly this gives the impression that they work less professionally. That is all the clients have to go on they are NOT with you when you work. It looks as if you are not professional, would you be expected to work for any other professional company not looking smart.

I think it would be best to see what your contract says. Be careful tho as some contracts can be very vague and say only acceptable hair styles are allowed- well who says if they are acceptable or not.

If youve asked your boss and they say no its not worth the risk

I bet it was the same tour I seen them, 'have a nice day' it was black, red & white!

Used to love being able to wear it around home in the summertime as an excuse to keep the hair out of my face lol!!

Urmm trying to think what it's got on it. Got it when I saw them in Hyde Park a few years ago. It's black, white and red. Oh how I love them! I've got a Bon Jovi keyring on my work keys hehe
