Mine (curved mayo's) came from NVS 7 years ago & are still going stong!!

Including having gone through the wash in my tunic pocket this morning! (couldn't work out why there was a jingle on the spin cycle!)

Not wanting to show off or anything....I've got some gold plated ones with my name engraved on which were presented to me at the Aesculap Academy in Tuttlingen, Germany. That's posh! Was a guest of B.Braun, shame I can't remember anything else about the weekend apart from the headache!

I got mine off Ebay, as well as my stethescope. Defintiely worth a visit. I had bidded on a new stethescope and lost the bid, but the seller emailed me to say he had another one and he offered it to me for the same price as the higher bidder!!

Oh no you had really nice ones as well! Haven't you had them since you started nursing? My ones were from NVS, but as you know there were a bit small (my fault for ordering the small size!). Have ordered some more from veterinary instrumentation cos i want some posher ones...they've not arrived yet, they're out of stock like most things i order!

I got mine off ebay!they are really good but all the vets always ask for them so I also got them an engraved tag with my name on (free on the burtons stand at BSAVA!!!!).

If you're not in practice at the moment, you could try a larger chemists, like Boots or Superdrug. I'm sure I've seen COF scissors there.

I just order mine through suppliers, usually NVS.
