Her owner has to move to a smaller rented property due to divorce and also has to work longer hours as a result. Ruth is desperate

Re: Home wanted for Cyprus dog!

[quote user="Dippy"]

An update for Princess OHM - I have the answers to uour questions about Lulu now although she hasn't been tried with livestock (never really had occasion to!) but the answers to the others are all that she's been absolutely fine with children/kids/being left whilst at work etc, certainly the ones she's been with over there and met out and about anyway.

However, it looks as though we've 99% probably found her a home to go to. Ruth just needs to check it out a bit further but it looks pretty much definite so thanks a million for your help and if for any reason things don't pan out and they don't go ahead, may I come back to you and see whether any of your people were starting to be interested?

Hi, that's brilliant news Dippy. Keep us posted! Of course you can come back to me if the home doesn't work out. So far no one is interested as they cannot meet her first though - I think they feel its too risky to agree to a dog that they haven't even met.

That's okay. I am sure I could find her a home without any problems though once in my care - I already know of two potential homes but I don't think anyone I know wouldl agree to permanent rehoming unless they have actually met her. I'll message them anyway just incase.

Re: Home wanted for Cyprus dog!

She could fly in anywhere that accepts animals (cost permitting - think some may be more expensive) - my dog flew into Manchester because it was nearest for me to collect him. It's a really kind offer but Ruth won't let her go unless it's to a permanent home as she's already been messed around, plus it would be too awful if PARC forked out for the flight and then we couldn't find her someone. Thanks you so much for the offer though and she's still looking if anyone is interested. She is currently living tethered on a balcony due to the owner's recent downsizing!

Re: Home wanted for Cyprus dog!

If its any help I could probably foster her in the UK until she finds a home.
