I am getting my mum off aohell asap but just double checking who is where. Anyways roughly our tv, phone and broadband is like &amp;pound;70 quid a month.&amp;nbsp; Think the broadband itself is about &amp;pound;25 for the best package, we use our net alot though so we went for the best package!&amp;nbsp; Don&amp;#39;t know just not happy with them! &lt;img src="http://www.vetnurse.co.uk/emoticons/emotion-42.gif" alt="Confused" /&gt; and will change! I am at hair tearing stage here with aol. Now have to get my mum signing on via firfox. aol sign on main page wont work. The problems this has caused as she does not see what she expects to see garrrr.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Have set firfox to aol home, sorted her email out online and still l have grief as it looks different but at least she has it l do not hold out hope something else wont go wrong but will have to get her eased onto bt slowly.. but fast enough my transformation to insanity does not rush in &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Something has recently changed (not sure what) but I can get a connection most of the time now (bit slow at times).&amp;nbsp; If I can&amp;#39;t get one I phone BT to complain but when I get through the connection appears as if by magic!!&amp;nbsp; I don&amp;#39;t even have to speak to anyone &amp;#39;just press 1 if you are phoning from the number that you have a problem with&amp;#39; and it connects.&lt;/p&gt;
