Thats a real shame they are stopping that, was a great incentive for people on low incomes to have their cats neutered.

Will they still issue vouchers to those who need them though? You know, like the feral cats or multi-cat household?

They will. Just shame the offer has ended as a lot of people round here really benefited and dropped the stray rate

We've never had the £5 offer but a few clients do contact them and in some cases they pay out a £26 voucher and sometimes the full cost. So maybe the CPL will still help that way?

It is great if people genuinely can't afford it, but we've found in our area (Belfast) we get a LOT of people abusing the system - putting pets through under friend/family members names so they'll get it for £5
