It was really good news to here tat Daisy was re united with her owner, it brought a tear to my eye seeing the reunion photos, bless.

Cant believe how low people can be, aleast two people were arrested, havent heard te outcome as of yet but very thankful Daisy is back where she belongs.

I read the link Mad Dane posted only yesterday, such a sad story but I am so glad it had a happy ending.

The members of the great dane forum offered tremendous help in the search for Daisy and they should be really proud of themselves - well done!!

I have just seen on the local news the dane has been reunited with her owner was found at a traveller site about 20 miles away from her home. Brought a tear to my eye watching and seeing how many people pulled together to find her taxi drivers even coming down from wales to help get her back home, which gives me some hope for this country.

I work for the animal sanctuary that is the local "dog pound" for the canterbury area, and also work in one of their low income vet clinics.
Will make sure everyone is aware to look out for Daisy. She's so distinctive that she's unlikely to stay hidden for long unless she has been stolen to order tand gone out of the area for breeding as harlequins are worth mega-bucks and of course the thief won't know if she's been spayed or not.

That will be the 'Dalmation' I was told went missing from the town centre!!!! I will tell the canterbury branch to keep eyes and ears peeled. If I remember the dog is microchipped?
