My throat aint sp bad now just my head on paracetamol, aspirin every 4hrs and lukozade!

Half went lovely buffet and l hardly ate just drank gallons orange juice watered down cause it was to strong. First part of the talk l enjoyed but l left at the break was to much l was wilting.

Nick l have been gargling with 300mg of asprin every hour to 2 hours l use one tablet/mug and do either one or 2 mugs worth of gargling. It has helped my throat a lot not my voice through following up with really strong throat lozenge strongest without script. Still can not speak. Thankfully Steph (frog n cat) was able to translate a few things for me so saved me talking or should be a whispered croak.

Got in at 8pm after 1hr 30mins on the train! So not looking forward to working this weekend!!!! Least the sore throat has gone........

Meant to be going but too ill and with the 1hr 30mins train journey home won't be able to make it. Couple of our nurses are going so hope to get some info outta them!
