&lt;p&gt;I know your pain! Would love to do the behaviour one, but do they realise that most practices only give their nurses 2-3 days CPD a year and only contribute up to &amp;pound;350 at best. Nurses salarys aren&amp;#39;t the greatest so saving that much isn&amp;#39;t going to be easy for alot of us. they do look like awesome courses though. Would love to do aphysiotherapy course as well, but again the fees are quite high!!!&lt;/p&gt;

Also says you can &lt;span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:10pt;"&gt;hoose your area of interest, select the most convenient venue and then decide whether to book the whole course or simply attend one or two days which will can then build into a modular &lt;span class="SpellE"&gt;programme&lt;/span&gt; over a period of time but doesn&amp;#39;t tell you if there is a seperate cost for doing a modular programme &lt;img src="http://www.vetnurse.co.uk/emoticons/new/Secret_telling_smiley.png" alt="Whisper" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
