ah so not private makes sense then!! Our is a private landlord who owns a few properties and this is a business for him.... infact hes an awesome landlord been really lucky and aslong as he never ever sees the cats can't see us haivng a problem!!

Hope she finds someone for it soon... seems lovely!!

only cos shes breaking the lease, she signed until feb, but things have happened and they need to move back than orginally planned. i think its like that as its through an agent

he has actually been a really good landlord, i just think hes miffed as they want to break the lease, dunno why hes so bothered though, they have to pay to get out of it!!

Which advert is it on gumtree?

I still luve at home and would like to move out, but cost depending and the location etc etc... So im just looking at options at the moment.

But sparsholt is a good place to start.

Try contacting Sparsholt college, a lot of students rent in Winch, i think they put up notices for people.
