Had interviews recently in London area, no job offers.
Kent practices never offer me interviews. Ones outside Kent do but then pick local people (except for two places in three and a half years).
So demoralised I've applied to work in new Morrisons food store as we're broke and so depressed....
think nursing profession doesn't want me....it prefers youngsters or people they know rather than people with experience!

probably miles from you....
I'm in Kent but my previous SVN post was 160 miles away, I worked Thursday to Sunday, on call nights, and rented a room, returning home Sunday teatime and back again Wednesday night....
Dedicated or mad ??? probably a lot of both!
3 years nursing experience in charity vets (still ongoing one or two afternoons a week), one year night auxilliary in a TP, HND in Animal Management with Distinction, Adult Numeracy Key Skills level 2 with 97.5%.
Started appendices in portfolio (no actual cases as practice was short staffed), was enrolled to start college locally in Kent last month but told not to go as no money for course - still have place available locally till end of Oct as could catch up with coursework.
ANA place accepted part time too in order to fill gap waiting to see if new rules help me to start official training., and gives my brain a chance to do some more studying and coursework before it atrophies...

set of pens with her name on because normal ones always go missing or someone else picks them up when you put the down for a minute.

can I have her job please then if she's a trainee and leaving???? I'm a first year who lost her job due to staff cuts....
