I managed to delete my huge pic the same night as I posted this message which I personally thought was a major triumph! Havent mustered up the courage to try a pic again! lol!

Just to add to Nick's post. Yes, he is right, best delete oversized image from system as it is unnecessarily taking up precious space on our server.

Better to open the image on your computer and resize it using basic photo/image editing software (you can also email it to me if you don't have the software). Then upload.

another go at a reply no smileys it locks the computer. I did not know the shrink trick the tghink l like about irfan is you can crop or rotate the picture so if loads of wasted space can take that out and leave the central item can \

1st of all delete it off your signature:

Go to edit profile and select display options, below your bio there is your signature, now delete the photo.

Now resize the picture and reload.

I have software so if you want it resized send it to me nick_shack@hotmail.co.uk

either download irfanview l love it or email it to me at vetnurse_laithwaite at blueyonder.co.uk sorry the at sign doesnt work on the club computer also l am in a black booth in the clubhouse abnd struggling to see they keys

l will shrink it and retn it tomorrow in the morning when l restart the genney

hahahahaaa!!! bit huge isn't it!!.. if you go into your 'edit profile. then profile options, & go to the bottom where your pic is, and hover your mouse on the edge of the pic, you can drag it into a smaller size, found this out when I uploaded my pic, or it would of been huuuggeee also lol xxx
