Not really, the dog was sick again for about 3 days, so I advised my friend to stop taking him out on the offending field. I think the council have stopped spraying now it winter time so will just have to wait and see. Thanks for asking tho'

if council dont want to know go to newspapers - you can bet the council will have quite a few phone calls from dog owners and will then have to take notice.

I lost 3 sheep years ago from overspray (gramoxone) - nobody wanted to know about it - farmer in adjoining field denied he had sprayed and environmental health said they could find no signs of pollutant. went to papers with it and all of a sudden farmer discovers yes he might have sprayed that field (was a bridle path cutting across the field so environmental health became involved again incase there was a risk to ramblers from the spray. Didnt have a problem with farmer spraying his field but if he had warned me I could have moved the woolies somewhere else till it was safe

Of course as you inform the council you have taken samples and will be submitting them for toxin testing as you do not believe them bummer this rain will screw it up but still worth looking at/warning them they do not know when you took the samples.

Sounds a bit dodgy to me.... I would def be contacting the council, but be prepared for a brick wall, they wont admit to anything.
