well I always watch Holby, but it's definitely getting a bit of a silly program these days with far less medical bits and far more romance problems.

I'd say River City. Dunno what it is, but Holby City is getting worse and poorly attempting to be far too much like Grey's Anatomy (which is fantastic btw!).
