Well we're home! Vet thinks it was just a nose bleed, she seems so much better now so it's likely that was it She's got some blood round her nose still but not cleaning it off in case it sets the bleed off again! Have come home with a vial of adrenaline just in case. She's now back in her cage munching on hay like normal! Vet tried to look in her mouth but too much food in there to see anything so she's still eating well lol!

Sam, Michelle was working for us today so she saw Daisy She's a fab locum I told her i spoke to you, she said you're a great nurse and a star, i told her i agree We did a quick scan of her baby before i left We could see his/her heart beat

she wont relax as much as normal as it sounds like she has increasing resp effort. def get a chest xray tomorrow if you can. Amazed she is nibbling food, most small furries stop eating first! but then I forget that she is super-pig

could even be a foreign body - hence the blood. have seen it in a ferret which eventually sneezed a small chick bone into my lap (nice).

If she is still bright and eating she may well be ok overnight until the morning, but is it possible for you to check her once of twice through the night? If you have any concerns, call anytime. Happy to see her whenever.

Dont forget to let us know how she gets on - especially if I dont see you tonight!

She isn't relaxing like she normally would, she tends to snuggle up in some hay and snooze but she's just sat there. She is nibbling some food but not much.
