&lt;p&gt;I agree! I worked in a hospital and have also now moved to a small 2 vet practice and it is very different! I know just how you feel, i sometimes ask myself the same question! Can you talk to your head vet/partner and see if there are any courses in anything that you are interested in doing that they would allow you to go on.&amp;nbsp; If there is anything that you find interesting in practice then they may allow you to it, say dentals or clinics!
