I agree! I worked in a hospital and have also now moved to a small 2 vet practice and it is very different! I know just how you feel, i sometimes ask myself the same question! Can you talk to your head vet/partner and see if there are any courses in anything that you are interested in doing that they would allow you to go on. If there is anything that you find interesting in practice then they may allow you to it, say dentals or clinics! It also doesnt hurt to look around if you are unhappy and just see whats out there, maybe something better out there thats suits you!

Have you thought about getting a weeks work exp in a referal practice or somewhere to see if you would like it.
