my sentiments exactly.....
anyone wants a trainee to do nights, on call, lates, then I'm first in the queue (although I know that IF I ever get another trainee job I will have to do all sorts of shifts.....I was just lucky in the job that ended today that there was only one 8:30am start and the rest were 10,11 or 12.)

Re: I am a zombie with a sore tongue...

Jack is very sensible.

Ah i didn't know that! Would def explain why it's appeared, i don't usually get them! It's gone down loads now. Yesterday my cousin donated a tube of teething gel to me It worked and tastes nice! The ulcer is much smaller today, so will hopefully be almost gone tomorrow! It was contantly rubbing on my teeth, now it's smaller it's not doing that so much.

Had a lovely evening walk with , went out when it was just getting dark. That time and early mornings are the best i think. Hardly anyone else around so loads of freedom for Jack

Didn't get to bed that early cos i fell asleep on the sofa oops! But didn't wake up till 7.30 today so that was a nice lay in! Feeling like a human being again!

Re: I am a zombie with a sore tongue...

aw poor Vicky when you are tired and run down - which sounds like you are, we are more prone to mouth ulcers. Have you tried anything to treat it? If you have nothing at home, try and gargle salt water, it might sting, but it will help.
