Actually not going til Dec! Was trying to be organised but no doubt the prices will be high for that time of the year aswell cos of the Christmas markets.

If you're trying to book to go out over the next few weeks, bear in mind it's Oktoberfest so everywhere will be jam-packed and at premium prices - most people book a year in advance so the hotels really hike their prices! If of course you're intending to go for Oktoberfest you'll most likely have to bite the bullet and pay over the odds as most decent places will be booked up by now :( xx

Was there this spring, although I don't remember the names of much. Went to the big museum, that was very cool. Englisher Gartens (sp?!) was very cool and relaxing, big beer garden there as well. On the way into the gardens, there is a part of the river that is surfable. i loved that.
