thanx all of u.... havent eaten since yest afternoon at college... have tried to today but feel sick thinking bout eating and attempting too eat... Feeling really upset and low about it. really thought things were working out but he obv thought diff but chose to drag me along a little further before telling me...

Sorry to hear that. Be good to yourself,make sure you eat well and try to keep yourself occupied whether its going for a walk,swimming,reading a book etc. And remember we are hear if you need/want to chat.

aw Jenny, I am really sorry to hear that.

Theres not really much anyone can say right now that will make you feel any better, but believe me, time is a great healer.

Try and keep busy, spend time with people and try not to spend too much time on your own as thats when you will really miss him and get upset.

Easy for me to say, I know. Through time you will become stronger and better.
