 I got dumped by my bf last night. absolutly heartbroken... things have been off for a while but i thought we were ok and rebuilding it all but he said he didnt love me and practically hasnt for a few months i think now... &lt;p&gt;Theres not really much anyone can say right now that will make you feel any&amp;nbsp;better, but believe me, time is a great healer.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Try and keep busy, spend time with people and try not to spend too much time on your own as thats when you will really miss him and get upset.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Easy for me to say, I know.&amp;nbsp; Through time you will become stronger and better.&lt;/p&gt;
