poor you, as you know I suffer with my knees also but i have a squishy patella in my right knee (not 100% sure about my left)

I now have a dodgy hip thanks to falling at work 4 weeks ago

Apparently its very common in ex gymnasts etc. I have it as I'm an ex competitive figure skater apparently
