&lt;p&gt;I remember reading somewhere once (and it unnerved me to read it) that goats are &amp;#39;silent&amp;#39; when being attacked by dogs.&amp;nbsp; That is very distressing &lt;img src="http://www.vetnurse.co.uk/emoticons/new/Sad_smiley.png" alt="Sad" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item><item><title>Re: Doesn't it just make you mad....</title><link>https://www.vetnurse.co.uk/thread/44044?ContentTypeID=1</link><pubDate>Sat, 19 Sep 2009 12:24:49 GMT</pubDate><guid isPermaLink="false">1a0763ec-3885-442c-853e-6cef656dfec5:5d5e4351-fc00-4ddb-ade6-c399bbc9bacf</guid><dc:creator>Kerry Spain</dc:creator><description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.vetnurse.co.uk/emoticons/new/Crying_smiley.gif" alt="Crying" /&gt;I&amp;#39;ve just found out that a guy a few streets away from where we live has 2 goats (kept very well as pets) and one of them was attacked by a SBT and had to be PTS.&amp;nbsp; I don&amp;#39;t know the poor man but he&amp;#39;s devastated over the whole incident.&amp;nbsp; Apparently the dog was off lead and had no owner around, it&amp;#39;s somehow managed to scale the perimiter fence and has mauled the poor goats face.&amp;nbsp; Very sad &lt;img src="http://www.vetnurse.co.uk/emoticons/new/Confused_smiley.png" alt="Tongue Tied" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
