&lt;p&gt;However if there were 2 people with same qualification going for a job - one pregnant, one not - which one do you think would get it??&amp;nbsp; Employers are probably less willing to take someone on when they know they in 4 months times they will have to be apying maternity pay and still be one person down.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
