Well the cider seems to have worked...no cold as yet! Fingers crossed it will stay away! Maybe i should have another cider tonight, just to be sure?!

dont get downhearted, it is definitely worth it................. when you hold that gorgeous child in your arms for the first time, and then you realise that such a small, living being, depends totally on you for survival, it is the most wonderful feeling in the wold and you will never look behind you xxx

I am off work now till momday week but my little baby is going to nursery on monday, I will be very sad as I can no longer protect him from the world, I am so sad.

Matthew is such a little mummy's boy so I know he wont settle without tears but I wonder who will cry more, me or him

Well i spent most of the (short staffed and busy) day with a constant dull headache. Left work at 7.10 this eve, rushed to supermarket for some bits, got home for some quick tea and left at 8.15 to get to dog training for 8.30. Got home at 10.10. All that rushing around has made the headache disappear hurrah! Now having some medicinal cider to ward away the cold

Have really bad period pains, have been very irregular this last 7-8 months so about a month overdue and the pain is soooo bad, have had the dreaded d++ since yesterday and my knee is really sore right now

but all is not so bad, have an orthopaedic appt on tuesday and am consoling myself with a nice glass of wine under a lovely warm blanket on the sofa

I'm kinda in the same boat, we've had 1 nurse off with suspected swine flu (yeah right), i'm not saying she's not ill but I don't believe in all this swine flu crap and another one has just got a cold.
