Have you considered Reiki healing. I have used it a few times when stressed out. It worked for me but maybe not for everyone.

Well I have been decidedly wonky for long enough and I had heard of this and it seems to fit how I am but my G.P is saying its anxiety/depression. Im on on meds and Im really not sure what to do. G.P was me to see counsellor etc.

Have just read up on it! How awful to have to go through that every month. I have had problems with the other end - pre-menopausal ! But its not as bad as you have to cope with. Do you take any medication to help you?
