Is this the norm? I never get out on time in the afternoon  so i get about 2 hrs at home .Also diesel costs a bomb. It wasn&amp;#39;t very often that you had to do one, and the nurses would sort it out between themselves to make sure they were being carried out fairly. Also got an extra &amp;pound;10 account for petrol.&lt;/p&gt;
