Yes I agree Nick - the idea behind it wasnt to slate the bad practices/ struggling practices, just to help get them back on track to providing what the client wants and maybe making them happier places to work into the bargain - that way everybody is a winner

I believe there are quite a number of us out there that could provide a positive contribution towards this.

I keep hearing vets dont make good managers /arent qualified to be managers/ dont make good business people (from vets) - great so some of them have realised that. Now that the realisation has dawned instead of continuing to use the statement as an excuse then for gawds sake do something about it! - and that doesnt mean employing somebody from a totally different industry who doesnt know a**e end from their elbow about the veterinary world and expected them to sort out the mess

Cant afford it. Another excuse. If the practice is struggling as much as some of the vets would have us believe - well they cant afford not to!

Yeah not bad Sal more just tired!!! think also practices that are struggling in these harsh times could also use our help! ideas on how to generate revenue etc....

yes Mrs Dot Dot there are a number I would like to start with but that would show bias so would start with the first practice nominated by its clients

Interesting you could have the pss and rules as a basis and make comments on how it was or wasn't working at that practice.

that would make good watching, even on the vet programmes on the tv now I sit and say, 'thats nice, thats a good lay out, or I wouldnt have my table there, thats a weird set up'
