I started my HND in Animal Management at 42, and am (hopefully) about to start the VN course this month at the age of 47.

I need to stir up my remaining brain cells though ...

I have to say at first I hated being away at college but after the first time it got easier and I actually loved studying, it sounds so nerdy but after some lectures I couldnt wait to get back to the halls to write it all up!!!!! I really like studying something that interests me.

Aww Thanx Heather x I did enjoy it Vicky, I was really quite apprehensive at first as I though I was too old (45)!!! but am really enjoyin learning again, and the tutors are sound too. I thought I would hate bein away from home but it wasnt as bad as I thought it would be x

It's amazing how much you take in and remember without even realising it. Like Mrs M said, when you're at work it all clicks into place.
