Hi!

We do a lovely "Get Well Soon" card - both cat and dog ones - that you can give out post op. Also I am currently working on another type of post op sheet which may be useful - should be available in around a month. Speak to your RC VBM and they should be able to sort some out for you!

Thanks for your replies - I bit the bullet and just wrote one. I was just being lazy!! I di have some frm Schering Plough but we ran out and they can't supply us with any more. I like the idea that they have our logo on it and our emergency number too, if needed by the owner.

hills and royal canin used to do some nice printed ones for free and the clients seemed to like them

We're currently getting ours revamped at the minute too... its all being done on the computer - so we just fill in the clients and animals name - and then tick the appropriate boxes... eg... restrict exercise 10d ( ) 14d ( ) etc etc

I have just put together some discharge sheets for our standard procedures, I don't have them on home PC but will e-mail them to you when back at work.

Does your practice use a website we are currently updating ours to include discharge info.
