I'm trying to write one but hit a writer's block. Looked on Wiki but couldn't see any.

We do a lovely "Get Well Soon" card - both cat and dog ones - that you can give out post op. Also I am currently working on another type of post op sheet which may be useful - should be available in around a month. Speak to your RC VBM and they should be able to sort some out for you!

Hope that helps!

I like the idea that they have our logo on it and our emergency number too, if needed by the owner.

Re: Post Op Discharge Booklets

hills and royal canin used to do some nice printed ones for free and the clients seemed to like them

Re: Post Op Discharge Booklets

We're currently getting ours revamped at the minute too... its all being done on the computer - so we just fill in the clients and animals name - and then tick the appropriate boxes... eg... restrict exercise 10d ( ) 14d ( ) etc etc

Re: Post Op Discharge Booklets

Hi Fi
