Hi there!

Intervet courses are brilliant! i have done all of them now and they are a great way for development and confidence boosting, also, improve international do a few good courses too. No role play in either of them!

Not sure where you are based but BVNA Scottish Region are running a CPD evening on 22/23rd Sept on communication. It sounds like it would be ideal. Check out the events page for more details

Intervet run 2 very good CPD courses which sound like just what you're after. There's one for receptionists called 'Reception Purrfection', which I have been on and a nursing one called 'Nursing Matters', which a colleague has been on. Both were very good!
