Thanks guys. Pain killers working so far so comfortable.

Just keep everything crossed for the MRI report being good news on monday so i can get back into my greens asap. lol

Oh no! Poor you! Life sucks sometimes, but hope this year goes okay back in nursing. Plus the textbooks will allow you some pre-course 'light' (!) reading beforehand

Quick update guys as it really has been bad timing for everything!!!!

On the second day of my week off before freshers week i fractured my knee and am awaiting MRI results to see if there is ligament damage so they can decide what to do next and because of all this i am having to defer a year from uni, therefore i am returning to vet nursing for the time being once i am able to walk. All very inconvenient but what can you do, all i can believe is that it is meant to be this way. Just wish the powers that be decided that before i purchased a load of textbooks. Meh! lol

Or sobered up - the first week is the best week I have forgotten which uni you are joining - if its Edinburgh Uni make sure you go to freshers fayre if you like riding. You can sign up for the trek leaders course - its £100 and gives you free riding for up to 3 years! Totally the best - unless you are too fat (like me) for the ponies

Hey, I don't reckon Broadleys will let you go that easily. Reckon you'll be back as a locum during all the hols Goodluck Fresher Pop in for a coffee if you have a free break - I am just down the road(ish). x
