I completed the course on line and printed the certificate from there, as far as i'm aware theey don't send you one as well. Not sure how long it takes if you send your answers off though.

I managed to redeem points and that worked fine but all my attempts to get a certificate out of hills have failed dismally!

I had a lot of trouble with this as well, sent various emails to people at hills as i hadn't received a password from them, when i clicked that it was the wrong website. You can register at www.hillspet.co.uk/partners/ you will need to practice account number which you should be able to get from work, then you can take tests online and get points which you can claim free food back with.

I had alot of trouble with this too, also had trouble when I finished the test and it wouldn't let me print my certificate! Still don't have it now

yeah it worked once then I stopped trying before I threw the computer out the window!
